What are the strengths of the framework?
The framework is comprehensive and embraces many subjects in relation to community work. The Tool Box provides practical skill-building information over 250 different topics e.g. communication skills, trouble shooting list, best practices, ability to be connected to others, strategy?making.

What are the weaknesses of the framework?
It can seem to substantial because you have to select choices several times before you come to some texts.

What other interesting information is available about the framework?
There is a WORKSTATION tool that provides an integrated support for building capacity for the work, documenting and evaluating efforts, and ongoing learning and adjustments.
