QUEST is a toolkit of components that are designed as templates so that they can be customised for any region of the world. The QUEST toolkit includes: scenario engine, interface shells, stakeholder scenario library, workshop templates, decision theatre. There are several stages in the development of a scenario using QUEST. Users create and explore 40-year future scenarios in QUEST through four main steps: invent-a-future; choose policies; view consequences; scenario review.
