The Dashboard tool is an instrument panel to compare different countries in four aspects (Environment, Social Care, Economy and Institutions). It presents a set of indicators based on three principles (the size of a segment, colour code and an overall Policy Performance index (PPI). The tool puts heterogeneous indicators in a common format and makes them accessible to both experts and laypersons.
